Christmas is over and the mill should be open now !

Alex, I disagree with your message.
When we spoke and exchanged mails with MIchelle Tennen, it was clear that :

- We were talking about our reference all the time
- This reference was on stock for the 45 yards requested .
- Even more, after we paid and before you get the money, we noticed our REFERENCE at 122$ !!!  lower than what we paid.
- We called Michelle, she checked the CORRECT reference and indeed, price was correct but only for the remaining 2 yards..( our 45yards being reserved and blocked for us )

In short, we bought something in your stock and immediately available upon money receipt !

Unfortunately somebody did a mistake.

NOW, you got the 45 yards ( wrong ref ) back
you got the sample back too.

NOW, I want to receive immediately my 45 wards with correct reference.
I dont want to read that ''this was planed to be delivered by end january !!!!!! ''

Before payment I was receiving DAILY telephone calls from Michelle ..
SINCE the problem, I cannot reach your office ( voice mail ), nobody calls me back and I receive UNSATISFACTORY mails..


Could you please make the necessary arrangements to get these 45 yards shipped ASAP..

The mill is releasing your fabric Feb 1 st is what we've been told
They are shipping several fabrics to us
As soon as we receive this new roll we will send it to you clearly marked "Return"
We will give you the tracking number once it ships to you

Dear Mr Ventura

We have spoken with the mill rep and we had her call you.  When Diane sent you the samples we understand that Diane mixed up the 2 numbers so that when Michelle ordered, she didn't know and  she ordered the large flowers for you   The small flowers were not even in stock and the mill was saying that the small flowers would not be available until the end of January.

Michelle's husband went into the hospital in Dec with a very serious critical condition and she stayed with him.  She was subsequently admitted to hospital and has not returned to work since mid Dec.  We have taken over all her orders including yours.

Michelle ordered your fabric from our rep and explained that it was crucial that we get this super fast.  We have been checking on it weekly for you.  We explained to our mill Rep that you were extremely upset and wanted your fabric immediately.

Patty ( our rep) is getting the fabric for us as soon as possible has agreed to give you a few extra yards at no charge.  She is having the fabric flown in to get it asap and we will again send it to you with Rush service marked  "Return"

WE gave her your phone  number and asked that she contact you to explain the process.

We are doing everything possible to get you this order as quickly as physically possible.

Alex, and MIchelle if still there !

Your behaviour is unacceptable and a joke !
Patty Walsh did call me yesterday indeed and I understood that the order for my fabric was placed to her only 11 days ago !!!!!!!

-You have been paid mid of december !
-You confirmed to me that my fabric was in your stock !
- Then you confirm few days ago that he Mill will deliver the fabric for feb 1st !
- Patty confirmed that there will be NO delivery before many days, order having been placed 11 days ago only !!!

The wholle file ( all the mail exchange)  has been sent to my laywer few days ago and now I sent him the recent messages .

The only thing which retains me for the moment to attack you and send you a huge claim is the fact that Patty Walsh is the Importer and HAS the control of this fabric, and she will keep me informed about the production.

I am ready to sue you and your company , and send you to Court via our New York Lawyer if I see that the situation become worse than what it is now..( You lied to us, getting our money !!! )
I reserve all my rights to claim also indemnities ..

  I contacted Iluvfabrix yesterday and told them the fabrics approximate finish date was March 26th.  I was going to phone you today, but arrived to work late due to fog and the time difference from me to you.  Let me know what they tell you in regards to the shipment.  I would be interested to know how they will respond.  Thanks Patty
